Hege Lise Sørbye joined Boyden as Managing Partner of the Oslo office in January 2007. She is a Business Graduate of the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) in Bergen, Norway.

After graduation Hege Lise was appointed Commercial Manager in the local Modena chain of fashion shops. She further developed her career as CEO in the Esprit chain of fashion outlets in Norway.

Prior to joining Boyden, Hege Lise for five years ran her own business in executive search and selection in Oslo. Before that she was billing associate in two local firms for more than 10 years. Hege Lise has worked across a wide range of industrial and functional areas.
